• You will find all of my lectures, outlined for your convenience, under Lecture Outlines.   You will greatly benefit if you review these lecture notes prior to arriving in class.

• All of the forms that you will need daily for clinical are located under Clinical Forms.  You can download these forms and complete them on your computer or you can print them out to use.
