IRCC Foundation

Dr. Frank Harber is a Professor and Department Chair in the Business Management Department.  Dr. Harber received his A.A. degree in Business Administration from IRCC, a B.P.S. degree from Barry University,  a Masters in Business Administration degree from Florida Institute of Technology and his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of South Florida. Before entering teaching, he worked in several management positions and owned and operated an advertising agency.  He has been an instructor at IRCC since 1994.
