Since coming to the US in 1982, I have pursued gerontological nursing as my specialty and have acquired certification in Gerontologic Nursing through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. My most memorable experiences so far include serving as a test item writer for the National Council of State Boards of Nursing and serving as a nursing program evaluator for the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission.
