Nutrition & Diet Therapy

Teaching is my vocation.  I love the subject of Diet and Nutrition and the success

of my students is important to me.  I work hard at teaching and hope that students

will work diligently at learning. 

It is your responsibility to learn the material.  It is my responsibility the make

the learning process as productive and exciting as possible,  As a student, I'm

confident that will find the chapter outlines and power point slides to be very

advantageous as adjunct to the textbook.

Tests are like job interviews; treat them as such.  Don't miss a test.  I will be

available for individual conferences to review all tests. 

Being a student is not an easy job.  It is indeed work.  Plan adequate time to

read the text material.  If I can clarify any concepts, please feel free to E-mail

me or call me. 

I am looking forward to a super semester as your instructor.
