Prof. Richard B. Mulanax, Ph.D.

Prof. Mulanax holds a Ph.D. in History from Florida State University.  He joined the faculty of Indian River State College as an Assistant Professor in 1995.  He was promoted to the rank of Associate Professor in 1999 and then to the rank of Professor in 2002.

Prof. Mulanax has been certified by the District Board of Trustees of Indian River State College to teach Political Science, History, and Public Administration at the pre-baccalaureate level. Political Science

Although Prof. Mulanax is the only full-time member of the faculty who teaches Political Science courses at IRSC, he is also a member of the as well as the Department of Social Sciences, and the bulk of his teaching load is in History courses.
