Prospective students who meet one or more of the following minimum criteria are encouraged to apply for admissions to the Honors Program:
 

An ACT composite score of 26 or higher,* OR
An SAT combined score of 1100 or higher,* OR
A combined College Placement Test (CPT) Score of 280 or above, OR
A cumulative college grade point average of 3.3 or higher on a 4.0 scale (with a minimum of 12 credit hours excluding college preparatory classes)

 

*Note: scores of 8 or higher on the ACT or SAT essay tests will improve an applicant's chances of acceptance into the Honors Program.
 

Once enrolled in the Honors Program, Honors students must make reasonable progress toward their degree; part-time Honors students must complete a minimum of nine (9) credit hours per calendar year, and full-time Honors students must complete a minimum of eighteen (18) credit hours per calendar year.
