phases of agriculture, from research to production to marketing, demand skilled
employees who have the educational background and technical training to develop
and apply new technological advances in the field. The A.A.S. Degree in
Agricultural Production Technology is designed for students who wish to enter
the industry at a mid-management level after two years of college. The Degree
offers four areas of specialization: Animal Science, Aquaculture, Citrus, and
